A zone 2 hardy variety of cherry that produces small bright red fruit in August. This bush grows approximately 8ft in hieght and yields tart and juicy cherries suitable for jelly and juices. The Nanking Cherry is self-fertile; however, it is a valuable pollinator of other fruit trees such as Brookgold plum and Casino Apricot.
